A collaboration between Squadron Energy & TAFE NSW to develop a 2-hour self-paced online microskill introducing wind energy in Australia’s renewable sector. It covers how wind energy and wind farms work, industry growth, safety, and career pathways—increasing awareness of the opportunities to get started or transition into the wind industry.
My role
As the sole learning designer, I transformed masses of unwieldy raw text into a structured, user-friendly course. I designed the framework, edited and refined content, filled gaps with research, and built the resource in Articulate Rise. Working with subject matter experts, a graphic designer, and a video animator, I integrated visuals and learning activities to deliver a polished, ready-to-deploy course.
