This online training, developed for Building Commission NSW, guides owners corporations, strata committees, strata managers, and building managers through compliance obligations for remedial building work in strata buildings.
It also explains the roles and requirements of design and building practitioners, helping participants understand responsibilities and meet compliance requirements.
My role
As the learning designer, I delivered a rapid-build, low-budget course in Articulate Rise with interactive scenarios developed in Storyline. I rewrote complex, jargon-heavy content into plain English while retaining key compliance terms, and created a consistent illustrated style to make the material more engaging. I sourced cut-out characters to represent specific roles and carried them through both Rise content and Storyline scenarios for continuity.
